Notice to Bondholders. (a)(1) Official notice of such redemption shall be mailed by regular first-class mail by the Trustee to the registered owners of all Bonds to be redeemed, as listed on the registration books of the Trustee as of the date of mailings not less than thirty (30) days or more than sixty (60) days prior to the date selected for redemption.
