Notice to Borrower of Competitive Bids. Not later than 11:00 a.m., Applicable Time, three Business Days prior to the requested date of any U.S. Bid Borrowing, U.S. Funding Agent shall notify the applicable Borrower of the identity of each U.S. Lender that has submitted a U.S. Competitive Bid that complies with Section 2.7.3 and of the terms of the offers contained in each such U.S. Competitive Bid.
