Notice to Borrowers. Correspondent shall mail notice of transfer of servicing to the Borrower of each Loan as required by federal law (RESPA). Such notice shall be in a form approved by GMACM prior to mailing. Such notice shall be sent through the United States Mail, first class postage prepaid at the Correspondent's expense.
