Notice to Class – Direct Mail Notice to Certain Class Members. A. No later than fourteen (14) days after entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, Defendant shall deliver to the Claims Administrator names and addresses for certain individuals who are potential Class Members. If needed, the Claims Administrator shall use a reverse look up data base to obtain addresses that are believed to belong to those potential Class Members. B. No later than thirty (30) days after entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, the Claims Administrator shall provide notice by first class mail/postcard to the addresses obtained through the process set forth above. The notice shall be substantially in the form set forth as Exhibit D, provided, however, that the Parties shall have the discretion to make agreed-upon non-material minor revisions to the notice before mailing it.
