Common use of Notice to DTC Clause in Contracts

Notice to DTC. Upon the exercise of the UK Bail-in Power by the relevant UK resolution authority with respect to the Notes, the Issuer shall provide a written notice to DTC as soon as practicable regarding such exercise of the UK Bail-in Power for purposes of notifying Holders of such occurrence. The Issuer shall also deliver a copy of such notice to the Trustee for information purposes.
