Common use of Notice to Enrollee of Disenrollment Clause in Contracts

Notice to Enrollee of Disenrollment. 5.4.2.1 Disenrollment decisions are the responsibility of ASES; however, notice to Enrollees of Disenrollment shall be issued by the Contractor. The Contractor shall issue such notice in person or via surface mail to the Enrollee within five (5) Business Days of its receipt of a final Disenrollment decision from ASES, as provided in Sections 5.4.3 and 5.4.4 of this Contract.
