Notice to Fiscal Agent and the Registrar. If the Issuer intends (other than consequent upon default as described in Condition 14 or any right of the holder to require redemption in accordance with the Conditions) to substitute or vary all of the Notes before their stated maturity date or to redeem all or any of the Notes of any Series before their stated maturity date or to exercise any Issuer’s option to redeem the Notes in the Conditions it shall, at least 14 days before the latest date for the publication of the notice of redemption, substitution or variation, or of exercise of Issuer’s option to redeem the Notes, required to be given to Noteholders, give notice of such intention to the Fiscal Agent and the Registrar stating the date on which such Notes are to be redeemed, substituted or varied or on which such option is to be exercised and the principal amount of Notes to be redeemed or subject to the option.
