Notice to Future Employers. For the period of one (1) year immediately following the termination of Executive's employment with APSI, Executive will inform each new employer, within 30 days of accepting employment, of the existence of this Agreement and provide that employer with a copy of this Agreement. Executive further agrees that APSI may, if it so desires, send a copy of this Agreement to, or otherwise make the provisions hereof known to, any such employer.
