Common use of Notice to Future Employers Clause in Contracts

Notice to Future Employers. For the period of twelve (12) months immediately following the end of the Employee’s employment by GTC, the Employee will inform each new employer, prior to accepting employment, of the existence of this Agreement and provide such new employer with a copy of it.
