Notice to Lessee. (1) Do not sign this Lease before you have read all pages and do not sign this Lease if it has any blank space. (2) You have a right to receive a completed copy of this Lease. (3) By your signature below, you acknowledge that we will assign all of our rights as the Lessor under this Lease to CUSI. CUSI in turn will grant a security interest in the Lease as collateral to Credit Union of Texas. By signing below, you acknowledge that: (1) you have read the entire Lease before signing it; (2) you have received a legible, fully completed copy of this Lease; (3) you have received a fully completed copy of any credit statement or other document you have been asked to sign in connection with this Lease; and (4) you have accepted delivery of the Vehicle and it is in good operating order and condition. By signing below, both you and we agree to the terms, conditions and obligations of the Lease and we hereby assign this Lease to CUSI under and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the motor vehicle lease assignment agreement between us and CUSI.
