Common use of Notice to Mortgagee and Ground Lessor Clause in Contracts

Notice to Mortgagee and Ground Lessor. Upon receipt of a written request from Landlord or any holder of a mortgage, on all or any part of Landlord’s Property, or the ground lessor thereof, Tenant will thereafter send any such holder copies of all notices of default or termination given by Tenant to Landlord in accordance with any provision of this Lease. In the event of any failure by Landlord to perform, fulfill or observe any agreement by Landlord herein or any breach by Landlord of any representation or warranty of Landlord herein, any such holder may at its election cure such failure or breach for and on behalf of Landlord within the time provided herein for Landlord to cure the same.
