Notice to Obligors and Contract Parties. Upon the request of the Corporate Trustee (given at the direction of the Required Secured Parties) at any time when a Notice of Enforcement is in effect, the Grantor shall notify obligors on the Receivables and parties to the Contracts that the Receivables and the Contracts have been assigned to the Trustees hereunder and that payments in respect thereof shall be made directly to the Corporate Trustee.

Upon the request of the Lender at any time after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, the Borrower shall notify obligors on the Receivables and parties to the Contracts that the Receivables and the Contracts have been assigned to the Lender and that payments in respect thereof shall be made directly to the Lender.

Upon the request of Trustee at any time after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, Grantor shall notify parties to the Contracts constituting Collateral and Account Debtors in respect of any General Intangibles, Instruments and Chattel Paper constituting Collateral that such Collateral has been assigned to Trustee for the ratable benefit of the Holders and that payments in respect thereof shall be made directly to Trustee.

At any time --------------------------------------- after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, the Trustee may, and, if requested by the Trustee, the Grantors shall, notify parties to the Contracts and account debtors in respect of any General Intangibles or Accounts constituting Collateral that such Collateral has been assigned to the Trustee for the ratable benefit of the Holders and that payments in respect thereof shall be made directly to the Trustee.

Upon the request of the Administrative Agent at any time after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, each Grantor shall notify obligors on the Accounts and parties to the Contracts that the Accounts and the Contracts have been assigned to the Administrative Agent for the ratable benefit of the Lenders and that payments in respect thereof shall be made directly to the Administrative Agent. At any time and from time to time after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, the Administrative Agent may in its own name or in the name of others communicate with the parties to the Contracts (or the parties to any other contract (as defined in the Code) to which each Grantor is a party) to verify with them to its satisfaction the existence, amount and terms of any such Contracts (or such other contracts).

Upon the request of the Administrative Agent at any time after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, such Pledgor shall notify obligors on the Receivables that the Receivables have been assigned to the Administrative Agent for the ratable benefit of the Secured Parties and that payments in respect thereof shall be made directly to the Administrative Agent.

Subject to the rights of Borrower's senior Lien holders, upon the request of the Lender at any time after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, the Borrower shall notify obligors on the Receivables and parties to the Contracts that the Receivables and the Contracts have been assigned to the Lender and that payments in respect thereof shall be made directly to the Lender.

Upon the request of the Administrative Agent at any time after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, each Parent Borrower shall notify obligors on its Receivables that such Receivables have been assigned to the Administrative Agent for the ratable benefit of the Secured Parties and that payments in respect thereof shall be made directly to the Administrative Agent.

Upon the request of the Agent at any time after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, each Pledgor shall notify obligors on the Receivables and parties to the Contracts that the Receivables and the Contracts have been assigned to the Agent for the ratable benefit of the Lenders and that payments in respect thereof shall be made directly to the Agent.
Notice to Obligors and Contract Parties. Upon the request of Blue Rhino at any time after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, USA shall notify obligors on the Receivables and parties to the Contracts and Cylinder Leases that the Receivables, the Contracts and Cylinder Leases have been assigned to Blue Rhino and that payments in respect thereof shall be made directly to Blue Rhino.
