Account Debtors definition

Account Debtors mean all Persons who are obligated on the Receivables.
Account Debtors means the person or entity or persons or entities obligated to Borrower upon the Accounts.
Account Debtors means all persons who now are or hereafter become in any way obligated, liable, or responsible for any payment of any kind in connection with any or all of the Accounts.

Examples of Account Debtors in a sentence

  • The Accounts are bona fide, existing obligations of the Account Debtors.

More Definitions of Account Debtors

Account Debtors means collectively, each Person who is or who may become obligated to any Borrower under, with respect to, or on account of an Account Receivable or other Collateral.
