Notice to Other Holders. Unless otherwise agreed to by the Holder of this Warrant, a Call Notice must be given to all other Warrant Holders in proportion to the amounts of Warrant Shares which may be purchased by such Holders in accordance with the Warrants held by each, without giving effect to the Beneficial Ownership Limitation.
