Notice to Other Nexstar Entities. The Borrower agrees that notices to be given to any other Nexstar Entity under this Agreement or any other Loan Document may be given to the Borrower in accordance with the provisions of this Section 10.02 with the same effect as if given to such other Nexstar Entity in accordance with the terms hereunder or thereunder.
