If the Issuer intends to redeem all (but not some only) of the US$ Notes prior to the Maturity Date (as defined in the Series Supplement) pursuant to Conditions 7.3 or 7.4 of the US$ Note Conditions, the Manager will direct the Issuer to give the requisite notice to the Seller, the US$ Note Trustee, the Principal Paying Agent, the US$ Note Registrar, the Agent Bank and the US$ Noteholders in accordance with Conditions 7.3 or 7.4 (as the case may be) of the US$ Note Conditions and stating the date on which such US$ Notes are to be redeemed.
