Notices to. Class A-1 Noteholders
(a) (Notices to be given by US Dollar Note Registrar): At the request of the Issuer, the US Dollar Note Trustee, the Manager, the Security Trustee or any other Agent, and at the expense of the Issuer, the US Dollar Note Registrar will arrange for the delivery of all notices and the Quarterly Servicing Report to Class A-1 Noteholders in accordance with the US Dollar Note Conditions.
(b) (Copy to US Dollar Note Trustee): The US Dollar Note Registrar will promptly send to the US Dollar Note Trustee one copy of the form of every notice given to Class A-1 Noteholders in accordance with the US Dollar Note Conditions (unless such notice is given at the request of the US Dollar Note Trustee). The US Dollar Note Registrar will not be responsible for, or liable to any person in respect of, the contents of any notices or reports delivered by it at the request of the Issuer, the US Dollar Note Trustee, the Manager, the Security Trustee or any other Agent pursuant to this clause 8.1.
