Notice To Prospective Subcontractors of Requirement For Certifications Of Nonsegregated Facilities. ‌ A Certification of Nonsegregated Facilities must be submitted prior to the award of a subcontract exceeding $10,000 which is not exempt from the provisions of the Equal Opportunity clause. The certification may be submitted either for each subcontract or for all subcontracts during a period (i.e., quarterly, semiannually or annually). (NOTE: The penalty for making false statements in offers is prescribed in 18 U.S.C. 1001.)

  • Contractor Certification regarding Business with Certain Countries and Organizations Pursuant to Subchapter F, Chapter 2252, Texas Government Code], Contractor certifies Contractor is not engaged in business with Iran, Sudan, or a foreign terrorist organization. Contractor acknowledges this Agreement may be terminated and payment withheld if this certification is inaccurate.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.

  • Certification for Federal-Aid Contracts Lobbying Activities A. The CONSULTANT certifies, by signing and submitting this Contract, to the best of its knowledge and belief after diligent inquiry, and other than as disclosed in writing to the LPA prior to or contemporaneously with the execution and delivery of this Contract by the CONSULTANT, the CONSULTANT has complied with Section 1352, Title 31, U.S. Code, and specifically, that:
