Certification of Nonsegregated Facilities. (Provision 4-3, D.3.). Subcontractor is required to furnish a Certification of Nonsegregated Facilities as prescribed by the terms of Provision 4-3. “Affirmative Action for Handicapped Workers (March 2006),” USPS Clause 9-13, requiring, among other things, subcontractors not to discriminate against any employee or applicant because of physical or mental disability; and to have an approved affirmative action plan if applicable.
