Common use of Notice to the 17g-5 Information Provider and Each Rating Agency Clause in Contracts

Notice to the 17g-5 Information Provider and Each Rating Agency. (a) The Certificate Administrator shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to promptly provide notice to the 17g-5 Information Provider, who shall make available solely to the Depositor, to the Rating Agencies and to any other NRSROs the items listed below to the extent such items are delivered to it via email at 10x0xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, specifically with a subject reference of “CSMC Trust 2015-GLPB” and an identification of the type of information being provided in the body of the email, or via any alternate email address following notice to the parties hereto or any other delivery method established or approved by the 17g-5 Information Provider if or as may be necessary or beneficial. The 17g-5 Information Provider shall promptly post such notice or information to the 17g-5 Information Provider’s Website within five (5) Business Days:
