Notice to the Authority. Should any Lien be filed against the Land or any of the Project Improvements, or any Action or Proceeding be instituted affecting the title to the Land or any of the Project Improvements, StadCo shall deliver to the Authority written notice thereof within ten (10) days from the date StadCo obtains knowledge of the filing thereof.
