Notice to the Purchaser’s Employee. If the Contractor is unable to provide an Interpreter pursuant to a Request for in-person Non-Emergency Interpretation Services, the Contractor must within one (1) Business Day of receiving such Request deliver to the Purchaser’s employee who made the Request, a completed Contractor Request Denial Form. In any event the Contractor Request Denial Form must contain the following information:
