Notice to the Resident. Except as provided in section 11, any notice required or permitted to be given to the Resident under this Lease shall be in writing and delivered to the Resident or to an adult member of the Resident's household residing in the Dwelling Unit, or sent by prepaid first class mail or certified mail and properly addressed to the Resident or posted on the premises. If EHA is notified by the Resident that he or she is visually impaired, then EHA shall provide notice in a format which is accessible to that person.
