Notice to Trust Company. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more or additional Series of Shares in addition to the original Series with respect to which it desires to have Trust Company render services as recordkeeping agent under the terms hereof, it shall so notify Trust Company in writing, and upon the effectiveness of a registration statement under the 33 Act relating to such Series of Shares and unless Trust Company objects in writing to providing such services, such Series shall be subject to this Agreement.
