The Software and related documentation delivered to U.S. Government end users are “commercial computer software” as defined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (“FAR”). As such, use, duplication, disclosure, modification and adaptation of the Software and related documentation will be subject to the license and license restrictions set forth in this Agreement.
