Notice to Vacate at End of Lease Term. You must give us at least one (1) month written notice of your intention to vacate the Apartment at the end of the term. Notices you give us under this section are not effective until the first day of the following month. For example, if you give us notice on April 21, your notice is not effective until May 1. In this example, you would give notice before May 1 in order to advise that you will leave by the end of May.
