TENANT'S HOLD OVER. If Tenant remains in possession of the Premises with the consent of Landlord after the natural expiration of this Agreement, a new tenancy from month-to-month shall be created between Landlord and Tenant which shall be subject to all of the terms and conditions hereof except that rent shall then be due and owing at DOLLARS ($ ) per month and except that such tenancy shall be terminable upon thirty (30) days written notice served by either party.

If Tenant remains in possession of the Premises with the consent of Landlord after the natural expiration of this Ohio Lease Agreement, a new tenancy from month-to- month shall be created between Landlord and Tenant which shall be subject to all of the terms and conditions hereof except that rent shall then be due and owing at $ per month and except that such tenancy shall be terminable upon fifteen (15) days written notice served by either party.
TENANT'S HOLD OVER. Tenant must give the landlord a 60-day written notice to vacate apartment. If said notice is not given, landlord will send a new lease or lease renewal 30-45 days before lease expires.

If Tenant remains in possession of the Premises with the consent of Landlord after the natural expiration of this Louisiana Lease Agreement, a new tenancy from month-to- month shall be created between Landlord and Tenant which shall be subject to all of the terms and conditions hereof except that rent shall then be due and owing at $ per month and except that such tenancy shall be terminable upon fifteen (15) days written notice served by either party.
TENANT'S HOLD OVER. If Tenants remain in possession of the Premises with the written consent of Landlord after the expiration of this Agreement, a new tenancy from month-to-month shall be created between Landlord and Tenants which shall be subject to all of the terms and conditions hereof, except that such tenancy shall be terminable upon thirty (30) days’ written notice served by either party on the other party. If any Tenant remains in possession of the Premises without the written consent of Landlord after the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, the Tenants shall be considered hold-over tenants and Tenants shall jointly and severally pay to Landlord rent in the amount of two hundred percent (200%) of the rent set forth in this Agreement for each day that any Tenant remains in possession of the Premises after the expiration of this Agreement.
