Common use of Notices, Actions and Claims Clause in Contracts

Notices, Actions and Claims. The Borrower shall immediately advise the Lender in writing of (i) any notices from any governmental or quasi-governmental agency or authority of violation or potential violation of any Environmental Law received by the Borrower, (ii) any and all enforcement, cleanup, removal or other governmental or regulatory actions instituted, completed or threatened pursuant to any Environmental Law, (iii) all claims made or threatened by any third party against the Borrower or the Real Property relating to damage, contribution, cost recovery, compensation, loss or injury resulting from any Hazardous Substances, and (iv) discovery by the Borrower of any occurrence or condition on any real property adjoining or in the vicinity of the Real Property that creates a foreseeable risk of contamination of the Real Property by or with Hazardous Substances.
