Tenant shall immediately (a) notify Landlord of (i) any known violation by Tenant, its employees, agents, representatives, customers, invitees or contractors of any Environmental Laws on, under or about the Leased Premises, or (ii) the presence or suspected presence of any Hazardous Substances on, under or about the Leased Premises, and (b) deliver to Landlord any notice received by Tenant relating to (a)(i) and (a)(ii) above from any source. Tenant shall execute affidavits, representations and the like within five (5) days of Landlord's request therefor concerning Tenant's best knowledge and belief regarding the presence of any Hazardous Substances on, under or about the Leased Premises.

Notices, Affidavits, Etc. a. Tenant shall immediately (a) notify Landlord of (i) any violation by Tenant, its employees, agents, representatives, customers, invitees or contractors of any the Environmental Laws on, under or about the Leased Premises, or (ii) the presence or suspected presence of any Hazardous Substances on, under or about the Leased Premises, Premises and (b) shall immediately deliver to Landlord any notice received by Tenant relating to (a)(ii) and (a)(iiii) above from any source. . b. Tenant shall execute affidavits, representations and the like from time to time, within five (5) days of Landlord's ’s request therefor therefor, concerning Tenant's ’s best knowledge and belief regarding the presence of any Hazardous Substances on, under or about the Leased Premises.
