Notices, Affidavits, Etc. Tenant shall immediately (a) notify Landlord of (i) any violation by Tenant, its employees, agents, representatives, customers, invitees or contractors of any Environmental Laws on, under or about the Leased Premises, or (ii) the presence or suspected presence of any Hazardous Substances on, under or about the Leased Premises, and (b) deliver to Landlord any notice received by Tenant relating to (a)(i) and (a)(ii) above from any source. Tenant shall execute affidavits, representations and the like within five (5) days of Landlord's request therefor concerning Tenant's best knowledge and belief regarding the presence of any Hazardous Substances on, under or about the Leased Premises.

Tenant Landlord shall execute affidavits, representations and the like within five (5) days of Landlord's Tenant’s request therefor concerning TenantLandlord's best actual knowledge and belief belief, without inquiry, regarding the presence of any Hazardous Substances on, under or about the Leased PremisesDevelopment.

Tenant shall execute affidavits, representations and the like within five (5) business days of Landlord's written request therefor concerning Tenant's best knowledge and belief regarding the presence of any Hazardous Substances on, under or about the Leased Premises.
