Notices after Transfer of the Movable Assets to the Borrower. Upon the acquisition of the Movable Assets by the Borrower and its assumption of all rights and obligations of the Pledgor under this Agreement: (a) any document or notice to be delivered under this Agreement shall be delivered in accordance with Clause 33 (Notices) of the Facilities Agreement; and (b) Clauses 10.1 to 10.4 of this Agreement shall not apply.
