Common use of Notices and Change in Address Clause in Contracts

Notices and Change in Address. Neo will send Statements and any other notices required under this Agreement (“Notices”) to the Primary Cardholder. Neo will provide you with this Agreement, Statements and other Notices electronically through the Neo Platform, and you consent to receiving such documents electronically unless you choose to receive your Statement in paper. Terms and conditions for accessing the Neo Platform will apply to any such access. We will notify you when new electronic Statements or other electronic Notices are available for viewing in the Neo Platform. Notices provided by electronic means will be considered to have been given and received on the date on which the notification advising you of the availability of the electronic Notice was posted on the Neo Platform. Each Statement and Notice will be sent to your Neo account, which can be accessed on the Neo Platform. Any notice to be provided to Neo under this Agreement must be directed to Xxx’s address appearing on the last Statement.
