For accounts with more than one owner or signer, notices we send to that e-mail address or mobile phone number are binding on all owners and signers. You agree to notify us promptly if you change your mailing address, phone number(s) and/or e-mail address(es) and hold us harmless for sending any notice, statement or other correspondence to an invalid or inactive mailing address, phone number and/or e-mail address.
