For accounts with more than one owner or signer, notices we send to that address are binding on all owners and signers. We may include a notice with or on your statement. If we provide you an electronic notice via e-mail, text message or other electronic message, we do not need to send you duplicate notice by mail. For accounts with more than one owner or signer, notices we send to that e-mail address or mobile phone number are binding on all owners and signers.
