Notices and deemed receipt. Any notice hereunder shall be given by either party to the other either personally to its Company Secretary or sent to its registered office for the time being. Any such notice shall be in writing and shall be given by letter delivered by hand or sent by first class prepaid recorded delivery or registered post or by email.
