Any email sent after business hours or on a day which is not a business day will be presumed to have been received on the following business day. 19.3 Notwithstanding the above, any notice given in writing, and actually received by the Party to whom the notice is addressed, will be deemed to have been properly given and received, notwithstanding that such notice has not been given in accordance with this clause 19.
