Common use of Notices and Invoices Clause in Contracts

Notices and Invoices. Except as otherwise expressly provided under this Agreement, notices or invoices provided for in this Agreement must be in writing and shall be effective on the day on which it is actually received (provided that such day is a Business Day, otherwise it shall be deemed to be received on the first Business Day immediately following such day), in person by U.S. Mail or other nationally recognized delivery service, facsimile transmission, or electronically at the addresses provided in the Cover Sheet to this Agreement.
