NOTICES AND PROCESS AGENTS. 7.1 Any notice claim, demand, court process, document or other communication to be given under this Agreement (collectively “communication” in this Clause) shall, subject to any requirements under the applicable laws, be in writing and may be served or given personally or sent to the address or facsimile number (if any) of the relevant party and marked for the attention to such person as specified in Clause 7.4.
