Notices and Services. All notices to be given under this Agreement by either party to the other shall be in writing and shall either be delivered personally or sent by first class, fax or email All notices to be given under Sub-clause 24.1 shall be delivered to the other party: in the case of the Charity, to its registered or principal office; and in the case of the Supplier, to their last known residential address or to such other address as may be notified to either party by the other party in writing from time to time.
