NOTICES AND SUBMISSIONS. 48. Whenever, under the terms of this Settlement Agreement, written notice is required to be given, or a report or other document is required to be sent by one Party to another, it shall be directed to the individuals at the addresses specified below via U.S. certified mail, return receipt requested, unless those individuals or their successors give notice of a change of address to the other Parties in writing. All notices and submissions shall be considered effective upon receipt, unless otherwise provided.
