Notices by Bank. Any notice, demand or other communication (including computer generated notice/statement that do not require any signature) from the Bank under this Agreement shall be given in writing to the Borrower at the Borrower’s address, facsimile numbers or electronically (including email) as stated in the Letter of Offer and/or last appearing in the Bank’s records. The notices may be given or made by post, facsimile, electronically (including email), personal delivery or such other mode as may be determined by the Bank.
