Common use of Notices by the Clause in Contracts

Notices by the. Treasury Manager or a Borrower to the Agent with respect to terminations or reductions of the Commitments pursuant to Section 2.3, requests for Loans pursuant to Section 2.5, requests for continuations or conversions of Loans pursuant to Section 2.8 and notices of prepayment pursuant to Section 3.1 shall be irrevocable and binding on the Borrowers.
