Notices, Demands and Other Instruments. All notices, demands, -------------------------------------- offers, consents and other instruments given pursuant to this Lease shall be sent to the parties hereto at the addresses set forth on Schedule I to the Participation Agreement and shall be given in the manner and shall be effective at the times and under the terms set forth in Section 8.02 of the Participation Agreement. The Lessee shall send to the Agent copies of all notices, demands, offers, consents, advices and other instruments hereunder sent to the Lessor.
