Protection of Premises. Upon the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, the Mortgagee may take such actions, including, but not limited to disbursements of such sums, as the Mortgagee in its sole but reasonable discretion deems necessary to protect the Mortgagee’s interest in the Premises.
Protection of Premises. Tenant shall assume all responsibility, including keeping doors locked and other means of entry to the Premises closed, for protecting the Premises from theft, robbery, and pilferage.

Protection of Premises. 12.01 The Lessee will be responsible to protect and keep the Premises and any property contained therein safe from theft or robbery and shall keep all doors, windows or other openings closed and securely fastened when the Premises are not being used and hereby authorises the Lessor or its representatives, agents or other duly authorised person to enter the Premises for the purpose of locking any such door or window, left unlocked or unfastened.

Lessee will not do or permit any act or thing that may impair the value of the premises or any part thereof or that materially increases the dangers, or poses an unreasonable risk of harm, to third parties (on or off the premises) arising from activities thereon, or that constitutes a public or private nuisance or waste to the premises or any part thereof. Lessee shall not conduct any activity on the premises or use the premises in any manner (i) which would cause the premises to become a hazardous waste treatment, storage or disposal facility within the meaning of or otherwise bring the premises within the ambit of, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976, 42 U.S.C. Section 6091 ET SEQ., or any similar state law or local ordinance, (ii) so as to cause a release of hazardous waste from the premises within the meaning of, or otherwise bring the premises within the ambit of, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980, 42 U.S.C. Section 9601-9657, or any similar state law or local ordinance or any other environmental law, or (iii) so as to cause a discharge of pollutants or effluents into any water source or system, or the discharge into the air of any emissions, which would require a permit under the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, 33 U.S.C. Section 1251 ET SEQ., or the Clean Air Act, 42 U.S.C. Section 741 ET SEQ., or any similar state law or local ordinance.
Protection of Premises. Lessee/Developer hereby covenants and agrees that it shall, at its sole cost and expense, through the term of this Ground Lease protect and maintain in good order and condition all portion of the Premises. The Lessee/Developer/ shall exercise due diligence in the protection of the Premises against damage or destruction by fire and other causes.
Protection of Premises a) The Lessee will not keep or store or suffer or permit to be kept, stored or used in or upon the Premises any inflammable oils, substances or materials unless such inflammable oils, substances or materials are kept in proper storage facilities within the Premises as required by the City By-laws, the City Fire Regulations and approved by the fire and liability insurance company who have or may at any time hereafter place fire and liability coverage in respect of the Building and/or the Premises.
Protection of Premises. If Grantor fails to perform the covenants and agreements contained in this Deed of Trust, the Loan Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, and such failure continues beyond any applicable grace periods, except in the case of an emergency in which event Lender may act immediately, then Lender may take such actions, including, but not limited to disbursements of such sums, as Lender in its sole reasonable discretion deems necessary to protect Lender’s interest in the Premises.
Protection of Premises. Producer agrees to protect furniture, all floorings and walls in utilized areas with layout board or equivalent floor and furniture protection, beneath all equipment placed in exteriors and beneath all vehicles parked on driveway, motor court and under all automotive engines on Premises.
