Common use of Notices, Elections, Approvals, etc Clause in Contracts

Notices, Elections, Approvals, etc. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in this Agreement or other Credit Documents, each of the Co-Obligors hereby agrees that any and all notices, elections, requests, decisions, approval rights and similar discretionary activities under the Credit Documents may be taken by the Borrower on behalf of itself and/or the Co-Obligors.
