Notices, Etc., to Trustee, the Company and Guarantors. Any request, demand, authorization, direction, notice, consent, waiver or act of Holders or other document provided or permitted by this Indenture to be made upon, given or furnished to, or filed with: (1) the Trustee by any Holder, or by the Company or a Guarantor, if any, shall be sufficient for every purpose hereunder if made, given, furnished or filed in writing to or with the Trustee at [●], facsimile [●], or such other facsimile number as may be provided by the Trustee from time to time, and shall be deemed to have been made at the time of actual receipt of such written notice or facsimile transmission thereof; provided that any delivery made or facsimile sent on a day other than a Business Day shall be deemed to be received on the next following Business Day; or (2) the Company or a Guarantor, if any, by the Trustee or by any Holder shall be sufficient for every purpose hereunder (unless otherwise herein expressly provided) if in writing to the Company or such Guarantor, as the case may be, addressed to it at the address specified in Schedule I hereto or at any other address or facsimile number previously furnished in writing to the Trustee by the Company or such Guarantor, as the case may be, and shall be deemed to have been made at the time of delivery or facsimile transmission; provided that any delivery made or facsimile sent on a day other than a Business Day shall be deemed to be received on the next following Business Day.
