All notices required or permitted hereunder shall be in writing and addressed, if to the Tenant, at the Original Notice Address of Tenant or such other address as Tenant shall have last designated by notice in writing to Landlord and, if to Landlord, at the Original Notice Address of Landlord or such other address as Landlord shall have last designated by notice in writing to Tenant. Any notice shall be deemed duly given when mailed to such address postage prepaid, by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, or when delivered to such address by hand.
