NOTICES FROM ONE PARTY TO THE OTHER. All notices required or permitted hereunder shall be in writing and addressed, if to the Tenant, at the Original Address of Tenant or such other address as Tenant shall have last designated by notice in writing to Landlord and, if to Landlord, at the Original Address of Landlord or such other address as Landlord shall have last designated by notice in writing to Tenant. Any notice shall be deemed duly given on the third day after the same was mailed to such address postage prepaid, registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, or when delivered to such address by hand or by nationally recognized overnight courier service.

Any notice shall be deemed duly given on the third day after the same was when mailed to such address postage prepaid, registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, or when delivered to such address by hand or by nationally recognized overnight courier servicehand, with proper receipt received from Tenant.

Time is of the essence with respect to the exercise of any of Tenant’s rights and/or options granted under this Lease.

Any notice shall be deemed duly given on the third day after the same was when mailed to such address postage prepaid, by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, or when delivered to such address by hand or by nationally recognized Federal Express or comparable overnight courier servicecourier.
