NOTICES FROM ONE PARTY TO THE OTHER. All notices required or permitted hereunder shall be in writing and addressed, if to the Tenant, at the Original Address of Tenant or such other address as Tenant shall have last designated by notice in writing to Landlord and, if to Landlord, at Landlord's Address or such other address as Landlord shall have last designated by notice in writing to Tenant. Any notice shall be deemed duly given if mailed to such address postage prepaid, registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, when deposited with the U.S. Postal Service, or if delivered by a recognized courier service (e.g. Federal Express) when deposited with such courier service, or if delivered to such address by hand, when so delivered.
