NOTICES FROM ONE PARTY TO THE OTHER. All notices, approvals, consents, requests, and elections required or permitted under this Lease shall be in writing and shall be deemed duly given if and when mailed by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, addressed, if to Tenant, at the address of Tenant set forth at the beginning of this Lease or such other address as Tenant shall have last designated by notice in writing to Landlord; if to Landlord, at the address of Landlord set forth at the beginning of this Lease or such other address as Landlord shall have last designated by notice in writing to Tenant; and if to a Permitted Mortgagee, at the Permitted Mortgagee's address set forth in Section 1 of this Lease or such other address as Lender shall have last designated by notice in writing to Landlord and Tenant. If either party at any time designates some other person to receive payments or notices under this Lease, all such payments or notices thereafter by the other party shall be paid or given to the agent designated until notice to the contrary is received from the designating party.
