Except in the case of notices and other communications expressly permitted to be given by telephone (and except as provided in subsection (b) below), all notices and other communications provided for herein shall be in writing and shall be delivered by hand or overnight courier service, mailed by certified or registered mail or sent by telecopier as follows, and all notices and other communications expressly permitted hereunder to be given by telephone shall be made to the applicable telephone number, as follows:
: (i) if to a the Borrower, any Designated Borrower or the Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer or Swing Line Lender, to the address, telecopier number, electronic mail address or telephone number specified for such Person on Schedule 10.0211.02 or in the Joinder Agreement applicable thereto; and
provided that the Borrower and each Designated Borrower shall be notified by electronic mail of any notice sent by telecopier; and (ii) if to any other Lender, to the address, telecopier number, electronic mail address or telephone number specified in its Administrative Questionnaire (including, as appropriate, notices delivered solely to the Person designated by a lender on its Administrative Questionnaire then in effect for the delivery of notices that may contain non-public information relating to the Borrowers)Questionnaire. Notices and other communications sent by hand or overnight courier service, or mailed by certified or registered mail, shall be deemed to have been given when deliveredreceived; notices and other communications sent by telecopier shall be deemed to have been given when sent (except that, if not given during normal business hours for the recipient, any such notice shall be deemed to have been given at the opening of business on the next business day for the recipient). Notices and other communications delivered through electronic communications communications, to the extent provided in subsection (b) below, shall be effective as provided in such subsection (b).
