Notices of Actions Against Collateral. Any notice required to be given by RUS of a sale or other disposition or other intended action by RUS with respect to any of the Collateral, or otherwise, made in accordance with this Agreement at least five (5) days prior to such proposed action, shall constitute fair and reasonable notice to the Awardee of any such action.
